Devotional: John 14:3

John 14:3 offers a profound and comforting truth directly from the lips of Jesus. He promises not just a future home, but a personal reunion. Imagine the one who created the heavens and the earth making preparations specifically for *you*. This isn't a vague hope; it's a divine promise that transcends our present anxieties and uncertainties. In a world fraught with change and instability, Jesus provides an anchor: His return and our eternal dwelling with Him. This promise empowers us to live with purpose, knowing that our ultimate destination is secured by His love. When daily life feels overwhelming, cling to this assurance. Let it fuel your faith, inspire your hope, and remind you that you are deeply loved and have a glorious future awaiting you.

Heavenly Father, thank You for the incredible promise in John 14:3. Thank You, Jesus, for preparing a place for us and for the assurance of Your return. Help us to live each day with the hope of Your coming in our hearts, allowing it to shape our thoughts and actions. May we find comfort in Your unfailing love and the certain hope of being with You forever. Strengthen our faith, Lord, and guide us until that glorious day. Amen.
